A deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied to your total service cost.

Gratuity is not included in the service price and is not mandatory. However, we genuinely appreciate your generosity and encourage tips for exceptional service.

To ensure punctuality for both our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to provide the intended service and may need to reschedule or adjust your appointment. We believe that no service should be rushed, as prioritizing a quality experience is in the best interest of everyone involved.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’re here to accommodate you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please refer to the confirmation email for instructions on making the necessary changes.

As a small business, we strive to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will be eligible for a refund of your deposit.

For same-day rescheduling or cancellations, or if you need to make changes within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us promptly by calling or texting 346-634-5836.

Please note that if you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, Lydia153 Houston reserves the discretion to forfeit the required 50% deposit for all appointments.

In the event of a missed appointment without prior communication with Lydia153 Houston, your 50% deposit will be non-refundable, and a 20% fee will be applied to your next scheduled service. We value the time and commitment of both our clients and staff.

Please note that repeated no-shows (two or more) may result in the unavailability of our services for you in the future. Our goal is to provide the best service possible to all clients while ensuring fairness in appointment scheduling.
